SIN

Multi-disciplinary designer Virginia Sin founded SIN in 2007, relocating from Los Angeles to Brooklyn. She spent a decade developing a career in advertising as an art and creative director, before switching gears in 2016 to focus on her own line full-time. SIN is made up of intricately hand-built, crafted, and woven American-made goods, intended to bring a sense of comfort and hominess to every single piece. Working with multiple mediums out of her Navy Yard-based studio, the artist has recently been concentrating on redefining ceramic coils, making beautiful knotted objects, fruit bowls, candlestick holders, and more. By working slowly and with her bare hands, Sin aims to create work that makes you feel good and gives you a reason to spend time at home.
