ABOUT THE ARTIST
Before Workaday Handmade was his full-time job, Forrest Lewinger worked as a production assistant for a high-end ceramicist. Each day he would devote his lunch break to making a single work of his own, giving the line its name. Forrest’s work is designed and made in his Brooklyn studio and is known for the graphic and idiosyncratic patterns he paints and etches by hand.
