Domestic orders (excluding custom orders) placed online can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We must receive returned items within 21 days of the original ship date, and all items must be in perfect condition to qualify.
All custom orders, including rings that have been resized, are final sale.
Sale items are not eligible to be returned for a refund, but can be returned for store credit or a one-time exchange only.
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if merchandise does not meet our standards.
International orders are final sale and are not available to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

WILL I BE REIMBURSED FOR SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on exchanges. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
If returning for a refund, we will only refund the total value of the items returned, not the shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only. You must insure your return package.
HOW DO I REDEEM STORE CREDIT?
Once your items have been received and meet our standards you will be emailed a virtual gift card that can be used on our website. You can use this credit on one or multiple purchases. Store credit does not expire.
HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING PURCHASED IN THE STORE?
In-store purchases are eligible for a one-time exchange or store credit only. The items must be returned within 21 days from the original purchase date in perfect condition. Order id must be presented with the return. We reserve the right to refuse the return if merchandise does not meet our standards.
