WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed before noon (EST) are processed the same day (after payment and delivery details have been approved).
Orders placed between Sunday and Thursday ship within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Friday and Saturday ship the following business day.
All express orders placed before 12pm(EST) ship the same day.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

All orders ship from our East Village store in NYC.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

Domestic orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) ship via UPS.*
International orders and orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska ship via USPS.*
Online orders can also be picked up at the store.
Customers in NYC will have the option to ship via a messenger service.
*SH is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather and uncontrollable events.

CUSTOMERS IN THE USA (EXCLUDING HAWAII AND ALASKA):
Ground (1-5 Business Days): $12
2-day (2 Business Days): $25
Next Day (1 Business Day): $50
Orders over $200: FREE SHIPPING
All orders that ship anywhere in New York will be charged New York State sales tax (8.875%).

USPS Priority Mail: $25

In-store pickup: FREE
Same Day* Messenger Service for Customers in Manhattan(1–3 Hours): $15  
*Same Day Messenger Service is offered 7 days a week for orders placed before 2pm and will arrive within 3 hours. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with a UPS or USPS tracking number.

THIS IS A GIFT

All orders arrive in Still House gift boxes with a packing list that can also be used as a gift receipt. If you would like us to include a custom note for the receiver email us at info@stillhousenyc.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PACKAGE CAN’T BE DELIVERED?

We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including a customer’s refusal to pay duties, Still House is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of reshipping merchandise.
